Biography[]

Following the Original Outbreak of the Rage Virus in Great Britain, Weise was assigned to join the US Army-led NATO force under General Stone's command that went to London to repatriate the city.

28 Weeks Later[]

When the Second Outbreak of the Rage Virus started in District One, Weise watched from the control bunker as the Green Zone was destroyed.
