Tony Blair was the prime minister of the U.K.
during the events of the original outbreak of the rage virus. When the news of the virus had became apparent, Blair declared a state of emergency, also ordering mandatory curfews to halt the spread of the virus, procedures which eventually failed as the virus had spread out of control. Blair would have also ordered the setup of army blockades across all major cities throughout Great Britain, notably Manchester and London. With the eventual fall of London, it is assumed that Blair (as well as his cabinet) would most likely have be taken to safety, either to Northern Ireland or mainland Europe. The fate of himself as well as his cabinet and family are currently unknown.
