Biography[]

When Harlan's friend, American reporter Clint Harris, attempted to sneak past quarantine into infected Great Britain, Phillips was to arrive at the Shetland Islands with Harlan to pick Clint and his team up and take them to mainland Scotland.

28 Days Later (comic series)[]

Near sunset, Phillips and Harlan arrived via boat at the docks of Sumburgh, and successfully picked Clint and his team up and left the Shetland Islands, narrowly avoiding a large horde of Infected in the process. Phillips was presumably killed shortly afterwards when the boat was blown up by the US Army to protect the quarantine.
