Phil was a soldier under Sergeant Luis Rodriguez's command. He was murdered by Captain Stiles.

Biography[]

Following the Original Outbreak of the Rage Virus in Great Britain, Phil and the rest of Sergeant Rodriguez's squad travelled to Britain to patrol England while NATO repatriated London on the Isle of Dogs.

28 Days Later (comic series)[]

Approximately twenty-seven weeks after the Original Outbreak, while Phil and the squad were patrolling Cumbria they came across Selena and Clint Harris in the streets. When Luis confirmed that they were not Infected, he offered to take them to District One in London. Just then, Captain Stiles arrived and murdered Luis, prompting Phil and the others to open fire on him. However, Stiles was easily able to shoot and murder Phil and his two fellow soldiers.
