The L7A2 GPMG, or "GIMPY", is a 7.62x51mm belt-fed general purpose machine gun. The GPMG has been in service with the British military for decades.

Major Henry West and his soldiers used L7A2 GPMGs against the Infected while holding up at the Worsley House, and they were mounted on the Land Rover the soldiers used. There was also at least one L7A2 mounted among the defences outside the Worsley House, which Corporal Mitchell used to gun down attacking Infected.
