Lieutenant Colonel Chediak was a high-ranking officer in the US Army, and part of the United States-led NATO force named Operation Rising Dawn sent to repatriate London.
Biography[]
Following the Original Outbreak of the Rage Virus, Chediak was a high-ranking member the US-led NATO force under Brigadier General Stone's command that went to Britain to repatriate London.
28 Weeks Later[]
Twenty-eight weeks after the Original Outbreak, Chediak was present during an argument among the high-ranking officers over Major Scarlet Levy's fears that they weren't taking serious enough health and safety precautions. Chediak pointed out to Scarlet that as far as they knew, the Rage Virus had seemingly eradicated itself.
When the Second Outbreak of the Rage Virus in London occurred, Chediak watched from in the control bunker alongside Stone as District One was destroyed by the Infection. The fate of Chediak and his fellow command staff is not shown on screen, but it is strongly implied that their bunker, located outside of District One, is overrun with infected before they are able to escape.
Trivia[]
- Chediak is credited as "Military Officer". His name and rank are only ever given by his military uniform's badges.
